Woodland, O'Brien & Associates is an independent consulting and research firm working exclusively with larger homebuilding companies throughout the U.S. over the past 22 years. As an independent third party, they have contacted each Brady Homes customer from the past two years asking them to complete an in-depth questionnaire regarding satisfaction with both their homes and experience with Brady Homes. The following is a brief synopsis from Woodland, O'Brien & Associates of the survey results.

Your buyers were genuinely thrilled with the condition of the homes as delivered, and the product quality ratings are in the top 10% of our clients nationwide. Brady Homes has clearly done an outstanding job of meeting the housing and lifestyle needs of its customers.
With respect to process, building a new home is always stressful. Over the past few years, the company has made tremendous progress in tailoring the process to truly meet the needs of your customers.
