8th Annual Day of the Dozer
August 23, 2008
This year marked the 8th annual Day of the Dozer. The event is a fundraiser to benefit the Community Cancer Center in Normal. Over 900 children came to the Interstate Center in Bloomington for their chance to ride on real construction equipment. There were bulldozers, backhoes, dumptrucks, and plenty of action for the kids!
Founding sponsors are Brady Homes, MJE Construction, Re/Max Choice, and Stark excavating. Other participants and donors included Isaacson Concrete, The Interstate Center, Kohl's, and Radio Bloomington. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make this a special day for the kids and raise money for a worthy cause!
