Bill Brady Sr. founded Brady Homes in 1964 to build single family homes while his three sons were only young boys. Today, under the management of Ed and Bob Brady with brother Bill’s management of the Real Estate brokerage businesses, Brady Homes has become one of Central Illinois’ largest homebuilders. The company is headquartered in Bloomington Normal, IL.

Brady Homes has built over 1500 homes, 2000 apartment buildings, and over 100,000 square feet of light commercial property in Illinois and has developed over 15 residential communities throughout Central Illinois.
