Bill Brady Sr. founded Brady Homes in 1964 while his three sons were young boys. Today, under the management of Ed and Bob Brady with Bill’s management of the Real Estate brokerage businesses, Brady homes has become one of Central Illinois’ largest homebuilders. The company is headquartered in Bloomington Normal, IL.

Over the years, Brady
Homes continues to give back to its community by building six St. Jude Dream Homes, contributing over $500,000 in the fight against cancer through The William F. Brady Day of the Dozer, and has even built an Extreme Makeover Home for the Montgomery family in Philo, IL amongst many other well deserving causes. However, we could not do this without our loyal customer and vendor base.
Brady Homes has built over 1800 homes, 2000 apartment buildings, and over 100,000 square feet of light commercial property in Illinois and has developed over 20 residential communities throughout Illinois. Our goal is to be the best homebuilder with the highest customer satisfaction rating in all of our markets (Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Springfield, Champaign-Urbana, Clinton, Gibson City, and Bourbonnais).
