Ed Brady
Ed Brady is the President of Brady Homes with over 22 years of experience within the company. Ed is a member of local, state, and national Home Builders Associations. In 2001 he was named President of the Illinois Home Builders Association and he continues to serve on the Executive Committee for the National Association of Home Builders. Ed serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member of the Economic Development Council in McLean County. He is also a member of the local YMCA, Big Brother/Big Sister programs, and is an active supporter of the United Way. Ed resides in Bloomington with his wife Michele and their children Brittany, Cassidy, Erin-Kate, and Jack.
Bob Brady
Bob Brady is co-President of Brady Homes. He has over 19 years of construction and development experience with his primary focus in: Peoria, Springfield, & Bloomington IL. Bob is a past president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria and has been active in many non for profit charities including St. Jude, Easter Seals, Special Olympics, Central Catholic High School, and the Diocese of Peoria. He is also the founder of the "William F. Brady Day of the Dozer" which has raised over $400,000 to support the McLean County Community Cancer Center. Bob resides in Bloomington and enjoys spending time with his wife, Lynda, and their six children, Anne, Marion, Katherine, Bobby, Sarah, and Liam.
Randy Timm
Randy Timm is a Sales and Market Manager for the Bloomington-Normal area, he has over 16 years of experience in construction, development, and real estate. He has a BS from Iowa State University in Business and is an Illinois Licensed Realtor. Randy is past president of the Home Builders of Bloomington-Normal. He currently serves on the Town of Normal Building and Zoning Board. He is a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Choice, an affiliate. Randy is also involved with Bloomington-Normal Realtor Association and Illinois Home Builder and Realtor Association. He is an active supporter of Easter Seals, St. Jude, and the MARC Center. Randy and his wife, Lisa, reside in Normal with his two sons, Brandon and Cody, and two step children, Collin and Lauren.
Brad Baker
Brad Baker is a Sales and Market Manager for the Bourbonnais & Kankakee area, he has over 10 years of experience in the Construction Field and Real Estate Market. He has an Architectural Engineering Degree, is an Illinois Licensed Realtor, and is a Certified Illinois Property Assessor. Brad's Professional Affiliations include: Kankakee County Realtor Association MLS, Northern Illinois Realtor Association MLSNI, Kankakee Home Builder Association Member, Kankakee & Bourbonnais Chamber of Commerce, and Illinois Home Builder Association. Brad and his wife Juanita reside in Kankakee County with their two children, Brittany and Tyler.
